Return Policy

In case you find any problems, damages or defects in the products and you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace the product or give you a full refund of the purchase price less delivery costs, if applicable.

www.sabhealth.com does not allow returns on the following.

  1. 1. Cosmetics and Hygiene Products that are opened and/or used will not be returnable unless containing a manufacturing defect that can be proved.
  2. 2. Any Used Merchandise which is not defective and error free.

*Please note that for refunds of defective products, the product should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice. Refund Amount will be processed in 7 working days after receiving of the defective product at our corporate office. We will refund the money the way the payment was made if the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was COD we will send you a cheque. Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

Products that are incorrectly shipped / damaged in transit

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us an email at support@sabhealth.com or call us on 011 46512828 to initiate the return process. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 7 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.


The entire amount will be refunded If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped. Just initimate us by writing a mail at customercare@sabhealth.com or just by giving us a call on our customer care number (011 46512828). We will verify and cancel your order.

If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  1. 1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  2. 2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
