VX Weight Lifting Straps are here to make sure that you give more than your best because we know that winners don’t like to compromise. While using this strap, it is recommended that you first coordinate your weaker hand that, in most cases is the left one. Start by putting the strap on. Your hands should be facing upwards before you adjust it tight. Make sure that the strap is lying between your index finger and thumb. Hold the rod/bar that you are supposed to lift with your strap hanging downwards. Then, roll the hanging straps on the rod/bar to get a perfect grip.
