How to use
Locate the large strap with the Futuro label. This strap indicates the top of the support. Open all the closures and place the support around the shin, positioning the seam along the back of the calf.
Remove and reposition the Pressure Pad (between the two lines of vertical holes) so that it will go directly over, or just next to, the sore area of the shin (whichever is more comfortable).
Locate the small straps with the blue hook tabs. Pull them through the slots and attach them to the opposite side of the support, to anchor it around the shin.
Finally, wrap each of the two remaining long straps around the shin and attach the hook tabs. Adjust each of the straps until the brace fits firmly, yet comfortably.
Caution
Remove the pressure pad and attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water, and rinse well. Air-dry away from heat and sunlight. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach, or fabric softener.
